About the position
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team and help us enhance the way we engage with our leads, customers, and partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and execution of various marketing programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support the marketing team in executing work plan and strategy.
- Assist with copywriting, proofing, and updates as needed for the website, marketing materials, and digital campaigns.
- Create and publish the company’s newsletter.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create and maintain marketing materials, such as presentations, brochures, and other collateral
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures/templates and proactively identify and implement operational improvements.
- Track actual marketing budgets against forecast and escalate potential misses to Head of Marketing.
- Manage the relationship and work calendar with our third party providers (content writer, PR and social media agencies).
- Coordinate all aspects of conferences and events, working with the Operations Manager to arrange travel and accommodations for staff, managing logistics if there is a booth, and ensuring an overall successful event.
- Manage conferences and sponsorships budgets and track expenses to ensure adherence to financial goals.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and initiatives, and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing operations or event coordination role.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Project Management Software (e.g., Click Up), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and have a solid understanding of marketing techniques with a keen interest in providing a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities to specific audiences.
- Creative individuals, outstanding organizational and research skills.
- Critical thinking skills, strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team player, independent, able to work in an unstructured environment.

- Native speaker of Spanish or Portuguese
